Visual Voicemail is now available as an optional free service on certain 5G and 4G/LTE Apple iPhones and Android smartphones.

On supported phones, you can enable or disable this feature on any/all lines in the My Account portal. Alternately, you may contact us to determine if your phone is compatible with Visual Voicemail, or to activate Visual Voicemail on your phone.
