If you use a Promotional Credit when you first sign up with Charity Mobile, you will receive a $100 instant credit towards the full price of a new or recertified phone. Once you have had the phone for two years, you will be eligible for another $100 instant credit towards the full price of a new or recertified phone.

If you have only had the phone for one year, we offer a partial instant credit of $50 towards the full price of a new or recertified phone.

As an existing customer, you can sign into the My Account portal to view any promotional credit(s) that are currently available for each line on your account.

Instant credit only applies to any phone with a full price that is greater than or equal to the value of the available instant credit. Instant credit does not apply to any phone with a full price that is less than the value of the available instant credit.
