Can I view and/or pay my bill online?

Yes! The Charity Mobile app (available for iOS and Android devices) and the My Account portal give you easy and efficient ways to log in and view and pay your bills online.

If you have not yet created a Charity Mobile User ID, you will first need to create one using one of the following methods:

  • In the app, click on the Need Help Logging In? button at the bottom of the login screen, then select Create My User ID and follow the instructions.
  • In the portal, click on the New User? Click here to register. link below the User ID and Password fields and follow the instructions.

Once created, your User ID can be used to log in to both the app and the portal.
