If your phone number is portable, it is important that you do not cancel service with your current provider ahead of time. Your phone number needs to remain active with them until we can transfer your phone number to our service.

When the time comes to begin the porting process, you will need to provide us with four pieces of information about your account with your current provider. You may need to contact your current provider to determine one or more of the following:

  • Your account name as it appears on your current service provider's bill.
  • Your billing zip code as it appears on your current service provider's bill.
  • Your account number with your current service provider.
  • The Transfer PIN assigned by your current provider for porting purposes.

If you are in a contract with another provider, please note that they may charge you an early termination fee if you switch away before the end of your contract. Additional restrictions may apply. Contact your current provider for details about their termination policy.
