How do I create my Wisephone Portal account?
You can create your Wisephone Portal account directly from your Wisephone II, or from any web browser. In either case, you will need to provide the IMEI of your Wisephone II in order to create your Wisephone Portal account.
From the Wisephone II:
- Select the “Setup” option from the phone's home screen, or select “Settings” from the phone's home screen and then select “Wisephone Portal”.
- Select “Get Started”.
- Agree to the “Over 18 statement/waiver” and select “Continue”.
- Select “Sign up”.
- To create your Wisephone Portal account credentials, fill in the information of the person who will be managing the Wisephone Portal account (you will need to be able to receive a verification text message to the phone number entered here). Agree to the “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” to proceed.
- Verify your phone: You will receive a 6 digit verification code to the phone number entered above in step 5. Enter the 6 digit verification code on the screen. You are now logged into the Wisephone Portal.
- To verify your e-mail address, tap the orange icon with your initials in the right corner, select “Manage Account”, tap the 3 dots next to your e-mail address and select “Verify”. You will receive a 6 digit verification code to your e-mail address. Enter it on the screen to complete the verification for your e-mail address so that you can receive verification codes to your e-mail address when necessary. Once complete, your e-mail address will be listed as “Primary”.
- Select “Get Started” to add your Wisephone II. Enter the Wisephone's IMEI number in the first field and enter it again in the next IMEI field. The 15 digit Wisephone IMEI number can be found on your phone's box underneath the barcode, or by swiping down from the top of your phone's screen, tapping the Settings icon, and selecting “About phone”. Next, fill in the Wisephone's phone number and the name of the person who will be using this Wisephone.
- Finally, to purchase the WiseOS Subscription, tap on the Wisephone phone number/name under Devices and scroll down to the second plan option called “Bring Your Own Carrier” and select “Activate WiseOS Subscription” to purchase the $14.99 monthly WiseOS Subscription. You will be directed to enter your payment information to complete the purchase of the WiseOS Subscription. Your WiseOS Subscription is managed by Techless (the manufacturer of the Wisephone) and is in addition to your Charity Mobile monthly service plan.
From a web browser:
- Visit portal.wisephone.com
- Select “Sign up”.
- To create your Wisephone Portal account, fill in the information of the person who will be managing the Wisephone Portal account (you will need to be able to receive a verification text message to the phone number entered here). Agree to the “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” to proceed.
