Can I change my plan?

You can change your plan and line access (on eligible devices only) in the My Account portal. There is no additional fee to change your plan or line access.

To change your plan:

  • Log into the My Account portal.
  • Click on the Manage Plans and Lines link under "My Plans".
  • Click on the Change Plan link under your current plan name.
  • To change your plan for the current billing cycle, select a new plan in the Change Plan section using the pull-down menu under "...for current cycle".
  • To change your plan for the next billing cycle, select a new plan in the Change Plan section using the pull-down menu under "...for next cycle".
  • Click on the green Review Changes button.
  • Verify that your plan selections are correct, then click on the green Submit Changes button.

To change your line access (on eligible devices only):

  • Log into the My Account portal.
  • Click on the Manage Plans and Lines link under "My Plans".
  • Click on the Change Plan link under your current plan name.
  • To change your line access immediately, select a new line access in the Change Line Access section using the pull-down menu under "...effective today" for each line you want to change.
  • To change your line access for the next billing cycle, select a new plan in the Change Line Access section using the pull-down menu under "...for next cycle" for each line you want to change.
  • Click on the green Review Changes button.
  • Verify that your line access selections are correct, then click on the green Submit Changes button.
