What if I have a problem with my phone?
There are multiple reasons why your phone may not be functioning properly. You should power your phone off and back on again daily for optimal performance. If your phone is frozen, having trouble making or receiving calls or messages, or searching for service or showing no service, you should either hold down the phone's power button to do a "force" shutdown, or remove the phone's battery momentarily (if your phone has a removable battery) and then replace it, power the phone back on, and attempt normal use again.
Please contact us if you continue to experience problems with your phone, and our representatives will assist you with diagnosing and resolving the issue. We are unable to provide support for any third party applications and services.
All new phones purchased from Charity Mobile are covered by our 30 day return policy and include up to a one year manufacturer warranty. Recertified phones purchased from Charity Mobile are covered by our 30 day return policy and may not include any remaining manufacturer warranty.
