How do I activate a Charity Mobile eSIM?

eSIM is now required and/or supported on select iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. To activate Charity Mobile service on an eSIM, please call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or chat with us using our Live Chat during business hours so that we can walk you through the process. You must also be able to connect to an available Wi-Fi network during this process.

To activate service on a brand new iPhone or iPad:

Please contact us before performing the initial setup of the device.

Please connect to a Wi-Fi network during the initial setup process. During the activation process, your iPhone or iPad should automatically detect a "New Cellular Plan" from Charity Mobile. If the plan is not automatically detected, you may not be connected to a Wi-Fi network. You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network in order to activate your eSIM.

To activate service on an Android device:

If you will be activating service on a brand new Android device, please perform the initial setup of the device and connect to a Wi-Fi network. Once the setup process is complete, open Settings, then select Connections, then select SIM Manager, then select Add eSIM. You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network in order to activate your eSIM.

If you will be activating service on Android device that has already been set up and connected to a Wi-Fi network, open Settings, then select Connections, then select SIM Manager, then select Add eSIM. You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network in order to activate your eSIM.
