How do I activate a Charity Mobile eSIM?
eSIM is now required and/or supported on select iPhone and iPad models. To activate Charity Mobile service on an eSIM, please call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or chat with us using our Live Chat during business hours so that we can walk you through the process. You must also be able to connect to an available Wi-Fi network during this process.
If you will be activating service on a brand new iPhone or iPad, please contact us before performing the initial setup of the device.
During the activation process, your iPhone or iPad should automatically detect a "New Cellular Plan" from Charity Mobile. If the plan is not automatically detected, you may need to scan the QR code below on your device in order to proceed with the activation process.
Do not scan this QR code unless a Charity Mobile representative instructs you to do so.
