We are also committed to providing our customers with safe, reliable devices, and we are taking extra steps to ensure all of our devices that undergo manual preparation
and/or recertification are properly cleaned and disinfected before shipment, in accordance with the current recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention).
We also recommend that all customers regularly clean and disinfect their devices, using a microfiber or other soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild detergent.
Device cases should also be regularly cleaned in the same manner. The use of disinfecting wipes and/or glass cleaners are historically not recommended by most device manufacturers,
as they may contain chemicals which can damage the protective coating on glass screens.
