COVID-19 Statement


Charity Mobile continues to monitor developments related to COVID-19, commonly referred to as the Coronavirus. We are committed to providing our customers the same great service they expect from us on America's largest and most reliable 4G/LTE network.

We are also committed to providing our customers with safe, reliable phones, and we are taking extra steps to ensure all of our phones that undergo manual preparation and/or recertification are properly cleaned and disinfected before shipment, in accordance with the current recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

We also recommend that all customers regularly clean and disinfect their phones, using a microfiber or other soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild detergent. Phone cases should also be regularly cleaned in the same manner. The use of disinfecting wipes and/or glass cleaners are historically not recommended by most phone manufacturers, as they may contain chemicals which can damage the protective coating on glass screens.
