What is your return policy?


We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new cell phone or accessories, you can return them subject to the following requirements:

 Cell phone equipment must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
 Upon receiving the returned cell phone, a refund will be issued for the cell phone, activation and shipping cost.  You can choose to have the cost of the returned cell phone refunded or applied to another purchase.


All returns must be accompanied by:

 All original packaging in like new condition.
 Cell phone and home charger in like new condition.
 Accessories and user guide(s) in like new condition.

Please do not write on the cell phone's box or place any postage labels directly on the cell phone's box. All cell phone equipment must be returned in like new condition. Any cell phone equipment that has been damaged or has visual blemishes will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be given.


All of our new cell phones come with a manufacturer warranty of up to one year. If you have equipment problems after 30 days of use, you will need to follow the instructions in the user guide or on the warranty card to have the equipment repaired by the manufacturer. All of our pre-owned and recertified cell phones come with a 30 day warranty from Charity Mobile and may not include a manufacturer warranty.
