What is your return policy?
We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new phone, you can return it subject to the following requirements:
• The phone must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Upon receiving the returned phone, a refund will be issued for the phone, activation and shipping costs. You can choose to have the cost of the returned phone refunded or applied to another purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by:
• The phone in like new condition.
• All original accessories and user guides in like new condition.
• All original packaging in like new condition.
Please do not write on the phone's box or place any postage labels directly on the phone's box. All phones and accessories must be returned in like new condition. Any phones or accessories that have been damaged or have visual blemishes will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be given.
All of our new phones come with a manufacturer warranty of up to one year. If you have equipment problems after 30 days of use, you will need to follow the instructions in the user guide or on the warranty card to have it repaired by the manufacturer. All of our recertified phones come with a 30 day warranty from Charity Mobile and may not include any remaining manufacturer warranty.
