Can I use my existing phone with your service?


Charity Mobile has some success providing services to customers who already have their own phone. However, not all phones are compatible with our service. "Bring your own" devices may require a Charity Mobile SIM card. Click here for more details about SIM card requirements.

The easiest way to determine the compatibility of your phone is to provide us with its IMEI number. This number may be located underneath the battery, on or underneath the back cover, or within the settings of the phone. Using the IMEI number, our representatives can immediately tell you if your phone is compatible with our service.
