











How do I clear an "Activation Unsuccessful" notification?
In rare instances, your Alcatel GO FLIP V or LG Exalt LTE may display an "Activation Unsuccessful" notification. To clear this notification, please perform the steps below in order.
For the Alcatel GO FLIP V:
• Select Menu
• Select Settings
• Select Wireless & networks
• Select Mobile networks
• Select Access Point Names
• Select Options
• Select Reset to default
For the LG Exalt LTE:
• Select Menu
• Select Settings
• Select Wireless & networks
• Select Cellular networks
• Select Access Point Names
• Select Options
• Select Reset settings
