Do your phones require a SIM card?
All Charity Mobile 4G/LTE phones require a Charity Mobile SIM card. The SIM card will be preinstalled in all new 4G/LTE phones purchased from Charity Mobile.
If you wish to use your existing 4G/LTE phone with our service, please contact us to determine eligibility and compatibility. Your existing 4G/LTE phone will require a Charity Mobile SIM card. Consult your phone's user guide to determine the required SIM card size. Charity Mobile SIM cards are "tri-cut" and can be sized to fit mini, micro, or nano SIM card slots. SIM cards from other providers are not compatible with our service.
Charity Mobile provides the first SIM card for each 4G/LTE phone at no additional cost. Replacement or additional Charity Mobile SIM cards are available at an additional cost.
