What if I need to replace my phone?


When you first sign up with Charity Mobile, you will receive a $100 instant credit towards the full price of a new or recertified phone. Once you have had the phone for two years, you will receive the same instant credit towards the full price of a new or recertified phone.

Other options are available if you need to replace your phone before your full two year promotion is available. Once you have had the phone for one year, we offer a reduced instant credit of $50 towards the full price of a new or recertified phone.

Instant credit only applies to any phone with a full price that is greater than or equal to the value of the available instant credit. Instant credit does not apply to any phone with a full price that is less than the value of the available instant credit.
