











How do I place an order?
Call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 to get started. We will ask for some basic information including your name and address,
your choice of device and plan, and which charity you would like to support. Your device will arrive in three to five business days.
If you are transferring your phone number to Charity Mobile from another provider, we will begin the transfer process once you receive
your new device. Do not cancel service with your other provider until your new device has arrived and the transfer process has successfully completed.
Transfers typically take no more than one to two hours to complete, during which time your previous device will continue to operate.
Once the transfer has completed, your service will be active with Charity Mobile, and you will be billed on a monthly basis.
