Can I monitor my data usage on my phone?
The My Account portal is the only way to accurately measure your data usage. Certain smartphones display a data usage counter within the settings of the phone, but this internal counter is not linked in any way to the Charity Mobile network and does not provide accurate data usage information.
Our free usage notifications will also automatically alert you via text message when you approach or exceed your data allotment for the current billing cycle. Click here for more information about usage notifications.
