Why does my first bill seem higher?
Cell phone services are billed in advance. Your first bill will contain the pro-rated cost of your first month of service, the full cost of your next month of service, and sales tax (if applicable) on the net costs of your phone(s), accessories, shipping, and activation fee(s).
