Can I use my existing phone with your service?
Charity Mobile has some success providing services to customers who already have their own 5G or 4G/LTE phone. However, not all phones are compatible with our service. "Bring your own" devices require a Charity Mobile SIM card. Click here for more details about SIM card requirements.
The easiest way to determine the compatibility of your phone is to provide us with its IMEI number. This is a 15-digit number typically found within Settings on your phone. Please note that we cannot guarantee "bring your own" devices will be fully compatible with our service.
