Do you offer paperless billing and/or automatic payments?


Yes! You can set up both paperless billing and automatic payments in the Charity Mobile app (available for iOS and Android devices) and the My Account portal.


Follow these instructions to set up paperless billing in the app:

 Log into the Charity Mobile app.
 Click on the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen.
 Click on the Statement Type pull-down menu under Billing Options.
 Select Email Bill to receive a paperless bill by e-mail only, Mail Bill to receive a printed bill in the mail only,
 or Mail and Email to receive both.
 Verify/update your billing address and/or e-mail address and click the Save button.

There is no additional cost to change to any Statement Type, and you may change your Statement Type at any time. Note that changes to your Statement Type may not take effect until the next billing cycle.


Follow these instructions to set up paperless billing in the portal:

 Log into the My Account portal.
 Click on the My Profile tab.
 Click on the Statement Type link in the left sidebar.
 Using the pull-down menu under "Select a new Statement Type below:", select Email Bill to receive a paperless bill
 by e-mail only, Mail Bill to receive a printed bill in the mail only, or Mail and Email to receive both.
 Click on the Contact Information link in the left sidebar.
 Verify that the correct e-mail address is listed under Main Contact. To make changes, click the Edit link.

There is no additional cost to change to any Statement Type, and you may change your Statement Type at any time. Note that changes to your Statement Type may not take effect until the next billing cycle.


Follow these instructions to set up automatic payments in the app:

 Log into the Charity Mobile app.
 Click on the Payments icon at the bottom of the screen.
 Click on Methods near the top of the screen.
 Click on the Add New Payment Method button. You must add at least one payment account.
 Select the payment account type you would like to add.
 Enter the account information and click on the Next button.
 Enter the billing address information and click on the Next button.
 On the Autopay Setup screen, turn on Autopay and click on the Save button.

There is no additional cost to enable or disable automatic payments. To change your automatic payment settings, return to the Methods screen and change the Autopay setting for the payment method to off. You may add multiple payment methods, but only one at a time can be used for Autopay. To make changes to a payment method, click on the green Edit button to the right of the payment method name.


Follow these instructions to set up automatic payments in the portal:

 Log into the My Account portal.
 Click on the Payments tab.
 Click on the Add Payment Account link in the left sidebar. You must add at least one payment account.
 If you want to add a credit card as a payment account, click on the Credit Card link. Once you have entered
 the credit card information, check the box next to "Enable this Credit Card for Automatic Payments" at the bottom
 of the screen, then press the Accept button.
 If you want to add a checking account as a payment account, click on the e-Check link. Once you have entered
 the checking account information, check the box next to "Enable this e-Check Account for Automatic Payments"
 at the bottom of the screen, then press the Accept button.

There is no additional cost to enable or disable automatic payments. To change your automatic payment settings, click on the Automatic Payments link in the sidebar. To make changes to a payment account, click on the Manage Accounts link in the sidebar.
