Do your cell phones require a SIM card?


All Charity Mobile 4G/LTE smartphones require a Charity Mobile SIM card. The SIM card will be preinstalled in all new 4G/LTE smartphones purchased from Charity Mobile, and may be non-removable in certain smartphones. Charity Mobile feature phones and 3G smartphones do not require a SIM card.

If you wish to use your existing 4G/LTE smartphone with our service, please contact us to determine eligibility and compatibility. Your existing 4G/LTE smartphone will require a Charity Mobile SIM card. Consult your cell phone user guide to determine the required SIM card size. Charity Mobile SIM cards are "tri-cut" and can be sized to fit mini, micro, or nano SIM card slots. SIM cards from other cell phone service providers are not compatible with our service.

Charity Mobile provides the first SIM card for each 4G/LTE smartphone at no additional cost. Replacement or additional Charity Mobile SIM cards are available at an additional cost.
