How can I troubleshoot performance issues with my cell phone?


There are multiple reasons why your cell phone may not be functioning properly. You should power your cell phone off and back on again daily for optimal performance. If your cell phone is frozen, having trouble making or receiving calls or texts, or searching for service or showing no service, you should either hold down the cell phone's power button to do a "force" shutdown or remove the cell phone's battery momentarily (if your cell phone has a removable battery) and then replace it, power the cell phone back on, and attempt normal use again.
