Why does my first bill seem higher?


Cell phone service is billed in advance. Your first bill will contain the pro-rated cost of your first month of service, the full cost of your next month of service, activation and shipping fees (if applicable), sales tax on the actual value of your activation fee, and the purchase cost of your cell phone and accessories (if applicable).
