Can I keep my existing cell phone number?


Yes! As long as your existing cell phone number is still active with another cell phone provider, and we are able to provide wireless service in your area, we can port the cell phone number to Charity Mobile at no additional cost. We will need the account number and PIN or password associated with your current cell phone account.

If you are in a contract with another cell phone provider, please note that they may charge you an early termination fee if you switch away before the end of your contract. Additional restrictions may apply. Contact your existing cell phone provider for details.
