Will my contacts automatically transfer to my new phone?


Contacts do not automatically transfer when you move to a new phone, and there is no way for Charity Mobile to automatically perform this transfer for you.

Various methods of transferring contacts are available (depending on the capabilities of both your old and new phones), including but not limited to:

 Transferring via Bluetooth (supported by most feature phones and Android smartphones).
 Exporting to a memory card (supported by most feature phones and Android smartphones with a memory card slot).
 Using Google Drive (with Android smartphones) or Apple iCloud (with Apple iPhones) to perform a backup and restore.

Charity Mobile is not able to assist with all transfer methods, but we are happy to provide whatever advice and assistance we can.
